===The process ===
On receiving your email request, 

# Your requirements will be examined.
# Your request will be acknowledged.
# A member of the enterprise team will then contact you to begin the process of understanding your requirements.
# A solution will be designed and presented once your requirements are documented.
# If you accept the proposed solution a contract will be setup and developer/deployment resources will be allocated to your project.
# A suitable time will be arraigned for the enterprise team to come on site to deploy the solution.
# TaskClerk could be deployed into your organization.

===Rates ===
Pre solution acceptance phase : £100.00 per hour (typical effort is 30 hours)<br />
Post solution acceptance phase: £70.00 per hour (typical effort is 25 hours)<br />
Expenses are itemized and added to the final invoice.<br />
