TaskClerk.WindowsClient has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

You should be able to start using TaskClerk again by following the following process:
  1. Find the isolated storage folder. The location of the isolated storage folder on Windows Vista is

C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\BritishMicro\TaskClerk\1.0.1.0

or on Windows XP it is

C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\BritishMicro
\TaskClerk\1.0.1.0 

This folder contains your personal data in *.tc.xml files and your settings in the TaskClerk.bin file. If you delete all the files from this folder TaskClerk will start again with no data. If you delete all EXCEPT the *.tc.xml files, TaskClerk will remember your personal time data but all other settings will be reset.

  1. zip up all the files and send then to supp...@taskclerk.com if you want them analysed.
  2. delete the TaskClerk.bin file
